KIDZBLAST INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Closure of Kidzblast due to inclement weather is at the discretion of
management. Closure decisions will be based primarily on the safety of the
participants while traveling to and from the arena.
Communication:
Communication to the parties scheduled during the day of a closure will
contacted by Pam via contact phone number as soon as we determine the
closure. In the event KidzBlast closes we will reschedule your party at
your earliest convenience or offer you a refund of your deposit.
Additional Communication to scheduled parties will be as follows:
1. Web Site Posting when inclement weather threatens Central Pennsylvania
on our kidzblast.net website.
2. Voice Mail Message on our answering service: call 717-764-0495.
Reschedule Policy:
We will attempt to re-schedule parties only if the building is closed due to
inclement weather. We will also offer a refund of your deposit if we cannot
accomodate an adequate reschedule date for your party.
All no-shows will not be refunded their deposit amount.
